These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EeveeIQ ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use EeveeIQ. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use EeveeIQ.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
You agree to use EeveeIQ only for its intended purpose: coordinating family care communication about shared loved ones. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you submit (check-in notes, messages, etc.). By submitting content, you grant EeveeIQ a limited license to store and display that content to authorized members of your group for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not include information that is defamatory, discriminatory, or that violates the privacy of others.
When you join a care group, the group owner can see your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and notification preferences. Other group members cannot see this information. Group owners may remove members from their group at any time. If you are removed, you will lose access to that group's check-in history.
By providing your phone number and enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from EeveeIQ related to your care groups. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by updating your Notification preferences in Settings.
EeveeIQ may operate in an invite-only early access mode. Access during this period is granted at our discretion and may be revoked. Features and availability may change as the service evolves.
EeveeIQ is a communication and coordination tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, or emergency response system. In the event of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services. Do not rely on EeveeIQ as a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services.
We aim to keep EeveeIQ available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service changes.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EEVEEIQ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EeveeIQ and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States, and you consent to such jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
