EeveeIQ ("we," "us," or "our") operates a family care coordination service that helps families stay informed about their loved ones. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your data.
By creating an account or using EeveeIQ, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. Your phone number is only used to send SMS notifications and is never required.
Check-in data. When you or another group member submits a check-in, we store the check-in status (e.g., "Great," "Okay," "Needs help"), any optional notes, the date and time, and who submitted it. This information pertains to the wellbeing of a loved one as reported by family members — it is not a medical record and EeveeIQ is not a healthcare provider.
Group and membership data. We store information about the care groups you create or join, including group names, member lists, notification tier assignments, and join/leave history. If a group owner removes a member, the stated reason for removal is also stored.
Communications. If you contact us via the in-app contact form, we receive your name, email, and message content.
Usage data. We may collect basic usage information such as login timestamps and feature activity to operate and improve the service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers. We do not use cookies or local storage. However, our font provider (Google Fonts) may collect standard web access data such as your IP address when fonts are loaded from their servers.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
Within your care group. Your name and check-in activity are visible to other members of groups you belong to, subject to the notification tier and visibility settings configured by the group owner.
Service providers. We use the following third-party services to operate EeveeIQ. Each is bound by its own privacy and data processing terms:
Platform administrators. EeveeIQ staff with administrator access may access your account information (name, email, account status) as necessary to operate the service, respond to support requests, or address abuse.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of users or the public.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account, it is immediately suspended and your data is retained for approximately 90 days before being permanently deleted during periodic cleanup. To request immediate deletion, contact us via the in-app Contact Us form.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
EeveeIQ is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and secure authentication. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. Please use a strong, unique password for your EeveeIQ account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of EeveeIQ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
